A collection of leadership essays from Ephesiology
Leadership that turns the world upside down empowers people in their call, character, charismata, confidence, commitment, and commission.
This issue of leadership for the 21st century is pressing. The Christian church is on the threshold of God’s divine plan and must have empowering leaders to lead the church to God’s purposes for God’s glory. In order for the church to dynamically grow, there must be a change of leadership which focuses on empowering believers to move from the past through the present and into the future. This is a leadership that knows where it is that God wants the church to be, why it is important for the church, and how to lead the church there. This is leading like Paul. Leadership that will turn the world upside down will empower people in their call, character, charismata, confidence, commitment, and commission.
